Assisted Living

We offer excellent Custom Care* and Assisted Living* services that are individualized and based on the level of care desired or needed. Care is supervised by our full-time on-site Registered and Licensed Practical nurses.

Care options include medication assistance, bathing/shower assistance, accompaniment to/from meals & activities, dressing and grooming assistance, and a broad variety of other services. Other nursing care available includes diabetic care and on-site therapies*.

• Full-time on-site RN & LPN with 24-hour Resident Assistant staff
• RN assessment, supervision, and documentation of care including communication with family, healthcare providers and legal representatives of Resident needs, preferences and changes
• Activity Program designed to meet Resident's individual preferences
• Assistance with personal schedules such as doctor appointments and hair appointments
• Physical exercise with our Activities and Fitness staff, or other therapies as arranged
• Chauffeured transportation (M-F) to doctors and shopping
• Personal emergency call system

All services are billed at a flat rate and fees are capped.
There is not a point system at Madison House.

Short Term Stay and Respite Program

Madison House also offers a Short Term Stay and Respite Program* designed to offer temporary support in a safe environment when care is needed for a short period of time. This program includes all of the above features along with the following:

• Fully furnished apartment
• Three delicious meals with a full menu and daily specials
• Chauffeured Transportation (M-F) to doctors and shopping
• Extensive social activities, including daily exercise and pool classes
• A daily rate that is negotiated based upon the level of care needed.
